Economic implications of the EFQM

Within the general plan of the EFQM, the Key Results contain the economic expectation as fundamental. Principally represented by the economic and financial results section.

1) General data or market data (sales, price of the participation in the company, dividends, etc.)

2) Performance (gross margins, profits by participation, profits before taxes, operational margin, etc.)

3) Information about investments and assets (profitability of invested capital, profitability of net assets, profitability of capital employed, etc.)

4) Budget management and control (results compared with those of the organization or unit)

5) Treasury, Depreciation, Costs and maintenance, Costs of the projects, Credit rating.
